Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24hr cancellation notice. There will be NO refunds given, so please make sure to book the service you desire. If you are unable to attend your session please contact us within 24hrs of your appointment time and your service(s) will be rebooked. There is NO rebooking on any service not attended without notice (no call no show). If in the event you are unable to attend. You will be offered to reschedule (with 24 hr notice only). Without 24hr notice the client will have to reschedule and pay the listed price for the new appointment. Late Clients After 10 mins late you will be asked to reschedule your appointment so there is no run over into another client's appointment time. Please do not show up without speaking with us first. If and when partial payments (deposits) are taken, the client does not receive any portion of their payment back if they do not attend the session for any reason.
